The Joseph Aaron Story

One early fall evening, my brother Woody, wished upon a star. He wished for a baby. I think he wished for a sister baby, but Mommy says "GOD has a sense of humor." It wasn't long until they found out I was on the way. Well, Woody changed his mind about his wish a few times through the months, but Mommy told him, "you have to watch what you wish for, because sometimes wishes come true!
He's very proud to be a big brother though, and he's protective.

He must love me, huh?

First there was SURPRISE when Mommy
found out I was coming. It took a scare of
almost losing me, for her to realize just how
much she really did want another baby!

Since the pregnancy was so different this
time, she thought for sure I must be a girl.
Boy was she surprised again, when I got to
show them what I was, during the Ultra
Sound at 19 weeks gestation!

Then as June got here, and Mommy felt miserable,
she wondered "How Much Longer" it could take.
As it turned out, she only had to wait 5 more days.

	This is my very first picture taken just minutes after my birth.
Here I am at 4 days old waving HELLO to the world!
	Here I am again, 3 weeks old and growing like a weed!
This is Mom's favorite picture, don't I look sweet?

No, not twins, just looks that way. My Grammy says my
Mom and Dad only have one recipe for making babies.
Mommy says, "Why mess with perfection!" ;)
She's not overly proud or anything, lol.

This is Woody. See the resemblance? He was 4 1/2 when I was born.

2 month checkup:
12 lbs. 7 ozs.
23 1/2 inches
I didn't much like those shots! Four of them, OUCH!!!

I'm about two months old here.

My doctor said "my big brother better be nice to me, 'cause
I'll probably grow up to be bigger than him" {evil grin!!!}

I'm trying to catch up to my cousins, pictured below...
Mom says next summer, but I'm hoping sooner.
I like to watch them now, I'm learning all the time.

This is a picture of my cousins, Jared (left) & Damian (right) in the hospital waiting room the night I was born. I didn't arrive until 5:13 in the a.m. though, by then they were both asleep. We are all less than one year apart. I can't wait to get big enough to play with them, we'll have lots of fun!

	This is me taking a bath in the kitchen sink. I just love relaxing in the warm water. I'm about 6 weeks old here.
Here is Woody and I, rocking on Mommy's lap.

I'm 3 Months Old here.

As you can see, I love to smile.

At my 4 month checkup (18 weeks, 5 days to be exact)
I weighed in at 15 lbs. 8 oz. and stood an impressive
26 1/4 inches high. My brother was appoximately the
same size when he was 2 months older than me, hehe ;)
